TSS 482 Nomination Required Documents Checklist

NOTE: Follow these instructions when considering the required documents checklist
- This is a generic list, NOT ALL documents on the list are be relevant to your situation, select/de-select documents according to your situation, for example, “ABN’ + “ACN’ if your business is a company with ACN AND has a separate ABN. Request assistance if you are not sure.
- Gather all items you have before commencing the data collection / upload form that comes after this form. If you supply all documents at the same time, we can complete legal submissions and have application ready for submission faster.
- Official documentation in foreign languages MUST be accompanied with a certified translation. If in Australia, this could be a NAATI certified translator. If abroad, translations must be notarised or certified by appropriate legal authorities.
- Scans of documents must be in full colour. Scans must be clear and legible. Scans featuring facial pictures must be very clear with no coverings on face, hair or neck area.
- Scans of documents must be clear and legible. Missing parts of the page or hazy, shady or dark areas where text cannot be read may be rejected. The entire page / document must be clearly visible on the scan.
- Incomplete or non-compliant documents may not be acceptable to Immigration case officers. Ask us if you need clarification, or simply upload and we will inform you if any documents are incomplete.
- .pdf documents are preferred.
- File size should be less than 5MB, as the Department’s systems do not handle large files. If a document is to exceed this size, compress or break up into a series of smaller files.
- Comprehensive documentation will assist us to prepare submissions in support of your application. The sooner we receive these documents from you, the faster we can complete your application.
