HOW IT WORKS…

SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT

We will assess your suitability for the program whether you are a host or a candidate for traineeship. You simply contact us with your requirements and we will commence the assessment process with you.

REGISTER WITH US

Once we have assessed your suitability, you will need to register with us. Employers are free to join however candidates will be required to pay a registration fee. Contact us to know more.

TRAINEESHIP CONSOLIDATED

Our HR professionals consolidate the traineeship or internship with the employer and candidate. Documentation for visa application are compiled and managed by registered migration agent.

CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

We provide ongoing support to employers and trainees by offering conflict resolution and mediation should dispute, conflict or misunderstanding arise at any stage throughout the traineeship.

TRAINING RESOURCES

Our experienced HR professionals provide ongoing program support to employers and trainees in the form of access and advice to additional training resources.

EXIT PLANNING

At the end of the training program, our HR team provide a comprehensive assessment of training outcomes and Statement of Attainment (where required). We also provide advice and assistance with exit strategy and planning for post-training direction.

Ms C. Cochar (Brazil)

Ms Cochar had recently graduated of a full time jewellery and fine design course in Melbourne, Victoria. Sponsorship was provided to Ms Cochar for full time trainee employment to be shared amongst the Sponsor and two other employers on a rotational basis.

Mr J. ADAMS (UK)

Mr Adams was in Australia on a working holiday visa. Prior to arrival Mr Adams had graduated vocational studies in the UK as a sheet metal worker. Employment engagements in Australia enabled him to qualify for sc 407 visa, and a regional employer was able to offer an 18 month traineeship.

Mr D. Nguyen (Vietnam)

Mr Nguyen had recently completed vocational training as a commercial painter in Vietnam and held IRATA certification for rope access work and working in confined spaces. Mr Nguyen’s sponsor provides training for commercial painting at heights on tall residential and commercial buildings.
