Property & Administration Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of a national property company and kick start your career in the property industry.  This is a full-time role suitable for an eager to learn, self-motivated and ambitious candidate who is looking to start their career in commercial property management.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Providing daily administration support to the General Manager, Asset Manager and the company’s broader national property team
Assisting with the management of the property management data base and the group’s CRM system
General office administration
Skills and experience

Skills and experience required:

Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft office software; experience with Mac desirable but no essential
Demonstrated attention to detail
Capable of managing a task through to completion
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to prioritize tasks
Self-motivated and reliable
Own car and hold a current drivers licence (essential)
Training will be provided on our existing processes and procedures however candidates must have a willingness to learn, remain organised and show initiative.
