We have a large open kitchen and provide high quality food ranging from sushi to robatayaki. We are a finalist in the top 500 restaurants in the country and will be looking to drive the business further to more accolades and awards. Whilst maintaining our industry strengths and reputation.

Our ideal candidate will be a fully qualified chef with no less than 3 years experience in similar roles and cuisine.

Your duties will include:

Organisation of the kitchen and team.

Systemisation of practices and procedures

Quality control and consistency management

Product design and innovation

This role will be suited to a chef who is looking to grow and develop skills in both management of a kitchen and growth of a restaurant company.

Our salary package is negotiable based on experience and qualification. Also open to sponsorship and working VISA applicants.
